The Orchestra consists of 12 accordions, including an electronic accordion, percussion and drums. We have been playing together since 1982 and like to promote awareness of the accordion throughout South Wales in particular and occasionally further afield.

All our accordions are made by Fantini of Castelfidardo and were purchased from Allodi Accordions of Lewisham.
This allows us to maintain a consistency of sound.

The orchestra's repertoire consists of more than 260 pieces that are wide-ranging and suitable for all types of occasion and venue. We play at concerts, charity fund-raisers, official functions, retail and tourist promotions, festivals,dances, parties, weddings and exhibitions.

The unique sound of the orchestra is very European and for the "Strictly Come Dancing " fans, Latin American sambas, rumbas, and paso doble rhythms feature prominently. French musette, German Bier Keller, Austrian, Italian, Spanish, Scottish and Irish music are all in evidence in their repertoire and many feature in their CDs "Tequila and other Cocktails" and "Strictly Christmas.
